비판적 사고를 위한 교육

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

It is often thought that in a multi-cultural democratic society, where individuals are expected to be able to chart their own courses in life, the ability to think thoroughly about all kinds of concerns is an essential attribute and one to be cultivated. Making informed judgements about one’s personal affairs would seem to
be desirable and expected outcome of any education in such a society. To be a critical thinker is an ideal aim of education in modern society. So in this paper what is education for critical thinking as an aim is discussed. At first, what is critical thinking is defined from the viewpoint of good judgements and valid reasons. Secondly, the components of critical thinking is discussed on the basis of critical spirit and thinking skills. And finally, method of teaching to be critical is suggested with the strategy to increase thinking skills.
