관광업계 해외취업 인재양성을 위한 수업 운영 방안 연구 -빅데이터, 인턴십을 활용한 S대의 사례를 중심으로-

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study presents a roadmap for overseas employment training conducted by S University; specifically, it introduces an outline and examples of on-campus programs aimed at employment in the Japanese tourism industry. S University's overseas employment training program focuses on improving language proficiency, cultural understanding, and job competency. To this end, S University provides the following: language and job-related learning using big data, classes featuring lecturers from overseas companies, experience with Japanese companies and culture through short-term training, and an internship system. In particular, the study examines a class on reinforcing language proficiency and job competency, and its effect is proved through a student satisfaction survey. The results of this study can be used as a guide to train talented individuals for overseas employment in various countries and jobs.
