한반도 평화체제 구축방안 = The Construction Scheme of the Peaceful System in Korean Peninsula

The tension and confrontation structure between South and North Korea has been continued since 1945. The task which constructs peaceful system in Korean peninsula is very important to our country and nation.
This study is to analyze the concept and problem of peaceful system in our country and explain various plans for the construction of peaceful system. In this paper I suggested three schems ; the construction of the mutual cooperation between South Korea and USA, the continuous propulsion of South-North Summit Talk, and the propulsion of multiple talks included the four parth talks.
In this paper I present the special organization, the security commitee for peace system which practices the construction of peaceful system in Korean peninsula.
The peaceful system in our peninsula solves three problems ; the prevention of war recurrence, the security guarantee of the South and North Korea Regimes, and the embodiment of positive peace.
Now it is very important thing that alleviates mutual tension between two Korean Regimes and reduces the hostility in order to unify Korean Peninsula. One of the method is summit talk between two Korean leaders.
