      웹을 활용한 체험학습 교수설계 원리 구안 = Principles of Experiential Learning Instructional Design using Web

      Though traits of Web and experiential learning look like different each other, they have a possibility of meaningful and positive synergy effect, when their principle and activity interact mutually to connect each other. How can we connect Web with experiential learning? We should find the answer in an instructional design. Because an instruction design is a linking science between theory and real-teaching. The purpose of this study is developing an instructional design principles of experiential learning using Web to perform most suitably. To solve these researches, we used literature analysis method to understand a concept and formational factors of experiential learning model using Web. Accordingly we check what an essential idea lying in experiential learning model using Web is, what essential principles concerned are plan principles to understand experiential learning model using Web generally and a procedure to perform efficiently. Derived results(consequences) from above research are stated below: Experiential learning is circular learning process to proceed into a new experiential learning through meeting - experiential learning - reflectional thinking and introspection - perception of value and meaning in life. So, it is defined learning activity leading to active interaction, reflective thinking, reconstitution of knowledge with voluntary and self directed participation through direct and specific meeting with real objects. A concept of experiential learning using Web is maximizing effect of experiential learning after consideration of expansional, dynamic, interactive, sharing characteristics of web. It is process of making communal relationship through facing external world, perceiving self-perception from fantasy, occurring communication through active participation and dynamic interaction, leading internalization of introspection. To have a fantasy, it is necessary to present an unexpected imaginary stimulus and to offer a curiosity and a expectation on places or events. The active participation is the essence of the experiential learning. An active participation to activities takes out a direct meeting with a phenomenon and an actual being and this meeting results in the process of learning by doing. A psychological common by communication are a process of making knowledge, skill, attitude acquiring in group through experiential learning using web into communication, expression, response. This process turns into anticipation among learners, reinforcement, interaction, feedback, etc. Web assisted experiential learning emphasized not only individual activity but reflective introspection to reform consequence and learning process based on ability to perform common learning tasks actively, to share one another effectively, to analyse critically and evaluate various view points. To the end that a consequence of reflection on web assisted experiential learning is linked to his personal life, it has to have conditions of reflection`s intention, construction, expression and so on. A web assisted experiential learning is extend it`s concept and zone to new learning type not only to link on-line with off-line simply, but also lead optimized learning effect through link of various learning factors(learning object, method, time and space activity, media, interaction, etc).
