      This study examined the relationships between organizational justice (distributional justice, procedural justice, interactional justice) and counterproductive behavior, and the moderating roles of employee's negative affectivity in those relationships. The data was collected from 233 workers in 18 small-medium enterprises. This study measured the moderating effect of employee's negative affectivity using the hierarchy regression approach. The result of this study is summarized as followings. First, regressions showed that organizational justice(distributional, procedural, inter-personnel justice) had a strong relationship to counterproductive behavior, and employee's negative affectivity showed the positive relationship as I had expected. Second, the employee's negative affectivity moderated the relationships between the interactional justice and interpersonal counterproductive behavior. These results suggests that the small and medium enterprises needs to maintain organizational justice to reduce employee's counterproductive behavior.
