구조성능 평가를 통한 공동주택 리모델링 지침설정에 관한 연구 - 전용 25.7평형 세대병합형 및 축소형을 중심으로 - = A Study on the Remodeling Design Guidelines through Reviewing of Structural Performances in Apartment - focused on the horizontal combination unit type -

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The aims of this study are to propose the housing unit remodeling design guidelines reviewing the structural performance in apartments. To achieve these purposes, the remodeling units are designed reflecting the recent trends of housing unit design in apartment, and also carried out the structural performances of the existing slabs and walls before and after remodeling.The results from this study are as follows : (1) In architectural remodeling design of apartment unit, we recommend to reflect an extension of master bedroom toward balcony, to establish bathroom and dressroom adjacent to master bedroom. (2) As a result of structural performance, it is necessary to replace some non-bearing wall to shear wall in the x-axis direction. (3) The movement of walls should examine the rehabilitation of slab between walls.
