우리나라 직업재활사 양성 교육과정 고찰 = Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist Training Program in Korea

국문 초록 (Abstract)

직업재활사의 전문성은 직업재활사업의 질적 수준을 결정하는 데 매우 중요하다. 직업재활사의 전문성은 대학에서의 교육과정 체계화를 통하여 담보해 나갈 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 우리나라 대학의 직업재활사 양성 교육과정 현황을 살펴보고, 우리나라 직업재활사 양성 교육과정을 국내 선행연구, 미국의 재활교육위원회 표준, 직업재활사자격위원회 표준에 비추어 논의하였다. 이 연구는 문헌연구를 통하여 이루어 졌으며, 대학의 학부 교육과정을 담고 있는 대학 요람이나 국내외 웹 사이트 문헌을 참고하였다. 이 연구를 통하여 얻은 주요 월과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국내 선행연구를 통해 볼 때 직업재활사에 대한 교육과정은 필수이수과목과 선택이수과목으로 구성하여 각각 18학점씩 36학점을 이수하는 방안이 제시되었다. 둘째, 현재 직업재활사톨 배출하고 있는 우리나라 4개 대학교 교육과정은 CORE의 기준에 비추어 볼 때 인턴쉽을 제외하면 적합한 것으로 볼 수 있으나 각 대학용 향후 CORE에서 정하고 있는 교육과정과 교수요목에 비추어 타당성을 검토하고 실습을 강화할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 우리나라 대학의 직업재활사 양성 교육과정은 CRCC에서 정하고 있는 교과목에 대체로 만족하었다. CRCC에서와 같이 대학 양성 유형 외에 재활현장 경험을 고려한 양성 유형도 포합시킬 필요가 있다. 그 외에 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 연수를 위한 교육과정 마련, 우리나라에서 현장을 바탕으로 연구된 직업재활사 직무분석 결과의 반영, 직업재활사 자격과 배치에 관한 제도적인 보완 등이 제안되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The professional ability of the vocational rehabilitation specialists is critical to provide high quality services in vocational rehabilitation. Their professional ability can be secured through a systematic curriculum development in vocational rehabilitation training program. This study investigated vocational rehabilitation specialist programs in Korea and discussed the programs in relation to previous studies in Korea, CORE Accreditation Manual, and CRCC Certification Standards and the Application Process. The study based on such literature as university bulletins and web-sites. The major results of the study were as follows: First, based on literature review and this study, the curriculum for vocational rehabilitation specialist program could be composed of 36 credits including 18 credits of requirements and electives, respectively. Second, the four undergraduate programs for vocational rehabilitation specialists in Korea were generally satisfied with CORE accreditation requirements except 600 hours of internship. The four programs should be refined to include CORE s knowledge, skills, and attitudes into the study-units or courses and to extend practicum or internship. Third, the four programs were generally satisfied with CRCC curriculum requirements. Like CRC s s various categories of eligibility criteria, vocational rehabilitation specialist could be certified through inservice training programs. Other topics such as inservice training curriculum development, consideration of job analysis for vocational rehabilitation specialists in Korea, and legal arrangement on qualification and placement of the vocational rehabilitation specialists were discussed as well.
