장애인의 생애주기별 장애수용이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향 : 스트레스의 매개효과를 중심으로 = The Mediating Effects of Stress between Disability Acceptance and Life satisfaction on the Life Cycle Perspective

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 장애인의 생애주기별 장애수용이 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 스트레스의 매개효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 한국장애인고용공단이 2018년 실시한 장애인고용패널조사 2차 웨이브 3차년도 원자료를 활용하였으며, 분석대상은 조사 참여 장애인 총 4,104명이다. 분석 결과, 청년 장애인(16-29세)의 경우 장애수용과 스트레스는 삶의 만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치나 스트레스의 매개효과는 통계적으로 유의미하지 않았다. 중장년(30-59세)과 고령(60세 이상) 장애인의 경우에는 장애수용은 스트레스를 매개로 삶의 만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미친 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 장애인의 삶의 만족도 향상을 위한 생애주기별 정책적, 실천적 방안을 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to analyze the mediating effects of stress between disability acceptance and life satisfaction of the disabled and to analyze those results on the life cycle perspectives. For this, the raw data(2nd wave, 3rd survey) of Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled(PSED) conducted by the Korea Employment for the Disabled were used. The analysis was 4,104 people with disabilities who attended the survey. The results of this study were as follows; For young disabled, disability acceptance and stress effected on the satisfaction of life significantly, but stress did not mediate between them. For the disabled adults and seniors, disability acceptance and stress effected on the satisfaction of life and stress mediated partially between them. Based on the research results, practical and political implications were suggested to improve the satisfaction of life for the disabled on the life cycle perspectives.
