호모 센티엔스(Homo Sentiens)에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

1차년도에는 감정에 대한 인식론과 철학적 심리학의 물음들을 중심으로 연구를 진행하려고 한다. 감정과 정서 느낌의 차이, 감정과 신체적 동요의 관계, 감정의 인지적 특성과 지향성 등 감정 이해와 관련된 근본 쟁점들을 다룬다.
2차년도에는 1년차에서 분석한 감정의 인식론·존재론적 이해에 기반하여 자연감정과 도덕감정의 관계, 도덕감 발달 기제, 감정·정서장애(emotional-behavioral disorders), 감정과 도덕적 동기의 문제, 감정의 중절(中節)과 이상적 관망자(ideal observer)의 문제, 감정지수와 소통의 문제 등을 집중적으로 고찰하고자 한다.
3차년도에는 1년차 2년차 성과를 바탕으로 이론철학적 접근과 실천철학적 접근을 유기적으로 결합해 감정을 총체적으로 조망함으로써 문화변동에 따른 감정의 변화양상, 감정의 문화적 차이성, 감정의 ‘상황적절성’(contextual appropriateness) 문제, 감정과 ‘상호인정’의 문제, 감정과 자아실현의 문제 등을 집중적으로 탐구하고자 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The research in the first year is centered on epistemological and philosophical questions of psychology about emotion. The main topics to be investigated are differences between feelings and emotions, relationship between emotions and bodily reaction, and cognitive characteristics and directivity of emotion, which are fundamentally all associated with understanding emotion itself.
In the second year, based on the ontological, epistemological analysis of the 1st year research, there will an intensive study on the relationship between natural emotions and moral emotions, moral sense development mechanisms, emotional-behavioral disorders, the matter of moral motivation, suspension of emotions in an ideal observer, and the emotional quotient and communication issues.
