The construction industry has not been able to increase productivity due to labor-intensive, government regulations, and long-term practices in building operations compared to other industries. Most of the planning work, which is in the early stages of the construction design process, is carried out in order to carry out the work related to site and surveying, legal review, etc. for basic design, but architects must review both upper and lower laws. The upper law is the National Land Planning and Utilization Act, and the lower law is the Local Ordinance. However, unlike high-level laws and local ordinances that can be found online, the enforcement guidelines for district unit planning areas during city planning are inconvenient to visit administrative agencies directly for confirmation. Korea developed a technology to automatically review laws and derive initial planning plans, but only some of the laws reviewed on the database are included, so the accuracy is limited. Therefore, in this study, we propose a computerization plan that can integrate data on district unit planning areas. We first surveyed the status of the automatic legal review service and district planning areas. Second, the boundary area, related drawings, and legal data were collected based on the published data. Finally, the layer settings and legal text of the drawing data are coded so that the authoring tools can process the data efficiently. Additionally, data for application to authoring tools were constructed and verified through experiments. Integration of district unit planning area data is expected to reduce the time and human resources required for legal reviews, improve the efficiency of planning work, and generate an early initial planning plan.
