보육교사의 교사발달단계와 교사효능감에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

유아는 발달의 특성 상 환경의 절대적인 영향아래 놓여있는 시기라고 할 수 있을 것이다. 유아기의 교육이나 보육은 초중둥 이후의 교육과 달리 교과서가 없으며 유아와 교사, 환경간의 상호작용, 활동을 중심으로 융통성있게 이루어지는 특징을 갖고 있다. 연간 교육과정의 운영 뿐 아니라 매일의 일과의 운영을 어떻게 해나갈 것인지 어떤 주제로 어떻게 교수 학습 방법을 통해 운영할 것인가 하는 부분이 유아교사에게 많은 부분이 달려있는 것이 현실이라고 볼 수 있겠다. 그러므로 많은 연구자들은 교사의 질이 유아의 학습과 발달에 중요한 영향을 미치며 프로그램의 질을 결정짓는 가장 중요한 요인이라고 지적하였다 (조부경 , 1990; Howes & Oerick, 1986; Powell, 1986; Willer 1987) . 그러므로 유아교육의 질적 수준을 제고하기 위해 교사의 발달에 대한 이해가 필요한 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to identity the stages of caregiver’s teacher development and teacher' s sense of efficacy. Also it aims of to examine the relationship of the care giver s sense of efficacy according to the stage of teacher development through career, education, age, position.
The stages of teacher development are defined as the following: Induction stage, competency stage, growing stage, ease settlement stage.
The experiment targeted 203 care giver' s in G city.
The results of this study as follows : First, except position , Career, age , education didn' t have an effect on the teacher' s development.
Second, except for education, age , position , career did have effect on the teacher' s efficacy.
Third, the teacher' s development and teacher' s efficacy was related.
