국문 초록 (Abstract)

성경은 구약은 물론이고 신약에서도 기본적인 흐름 속에서 경제정의에 관한 핵심적인 메시지를 선포하고 있다. 그것은 모든 정의의 핵심은 경제정의에 있으며, 그것은 다름 아닌 '가난한 자, 과부, 고아, 나그네, 위협당한 무죄한 자, 억압당한 자의 편에서서' 반드시 공의를 도모하는 책임이 바로 하나님의 정의라고 하는 것이다. 이러한 성경적 이념은 오늘날의 경제정의 실현을 위해 도움을 준다.
초기 자본주의의 창시자였던 아담 스미스도 원래 자신이 주창한 상업사회의 철학적 근본정신이 되는 그의 명저 『도덕적 감성론(1759)』에서 인간이 갖고 있는 공평한 관전자(Impartial Spectator, 일종의 양심)에 의해 타인에 대한 배려와 선행으로부터 오는 만족감이 결코 작지 않음을 강조하였고, 그에 따라 초기 자본주의의 성패는 근로자들의 삶의 질을 높이는 여하에 따라서 상업사회의 진보가 평가된다고 주장하였다. 지난 250여년의 자본주의 시장경제에서의 성공요인이 근면과 절약이라는 청교도적 가치관이라는 것은 Max Weber를 위시한 많은 학자들에 의해 판명되었다.
공동체자본주의는 "다같이 더 잘사는 건강한 공동체"를 만들기 위해 "사회적 약자의 천부인권과 정직과 신뢰를 기본으로 하는 경제정의 하에, 개인들의 경제적 인센티브가 최대한 보장되고, 창의적 방법에 의한 자발적 나눔과 감사운동이 문화가 되는 자본주의"로 정의한다. 바람직한 국가공동체를 위해서는 시스템으로서의 경제정의와 사회통합이 이루어져야 하는데 이를 위해서는 동반성장적 "시장, 복지, 환경 및 사회"가 만들어져야 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The Bible, New Testament as well as Old Testament, proclaims the core message on the justice in its basic passage. The key concept on the biblical justice lays in economic justice; the justice of God is standing on the side of the poor, widows, orphans and the pressed. This biblical concept can be effective to realize the economic justice today.
Adam Smith, founder of the early capitalism, insisted in his famous book The Theory of Moral Sentiments that every man has the Impartial Spectator which causes satisfaction coming from consideration and good work to others. And the fact that the puritan values like diligence and frugality are success factor for the last 250 years capitalism has been confirmed by Max Weber and also other scholars.
The Community Capitalism is defined as a capitalism that protects maximum the economic incentive of individual and makes voluntary dividing by creative ways and thanksgiving culture under the economic justice. For the purpose of desirable nation community the economic justice as a system and the combination society should be connected, which needs market, welfare, environment and society of accompanying growth.
