With an increasing importance of information in modern society, it is urgent to design the efficient utilization of university library for increasing the quality of teaching and research in university. The role of the library is going to change from bringing the users into bringing the information out. University library should be reconceptualized as a library media center. It could properly be called as a :Educational Resources Information Center." The purpose of this study is to establish the concept of university library and to reconstruct the library management organization in the line with the new concept of library. Designing an effcient management system of the Educational Resources Information Center, particularly based on the general concept of integration of both university library and audiovisual center, is the specific purpose of this study.
