대학 내 학생조직 관리 효과성 및 영향요인에 관한 연구 = The Study on Managerial Efficiency and its influencing factors of Student Organization in University

The research on student organization management in Colleges and universities is an important aspect of student management, especially the management efficiency of student organization has gradually become the core evaluation factor reflecting the quality of College Students' education. Therefore, scholars have conducted basic theoretical and practical research on the organizational management of college students, mainly focusing on the characteristics of organizational structure, efficiency evaluation framework, management case investigation, human resource management led by students and other results and empirical case studies. However, there is no scientific and comprehensive evaluation system for the efficiency of student organization and management. In order to explore the process management efficiency that can not be expressed by the theoretical tools of business entropy and dissipative structure, which has gradually appeared in the theoretical evaluation system of non-profit organization governance since the 21st century, it can be applied to the internal organization of college students and reveal the essence of College Students' organizational governance. Therefore, according to the current research situation, this study uses the 'entropy and dissipative structure theory' and 'structural equation model' technology to study the organizational management efficiency of college students and its influencing factors, constructs the evaluation model of organizational management efficiency of college students, and deeply analyzes the structure and ways of influencing factors.
First, what is the standard to define the organizational management efficiency of college students? Second, what is the method of designing a scientific, systematic and measurable comprehensive evaluation index system of College Students' organizational management efficiency? Third, what is the method to measure and analyze the results and process efficiency of College Students' organizational management samples? Fourth, what are the structural and functional approaches of the factors affecting the organizational management efficiency of college students? Fifth, facing the actual work, how to establish the method of optimizing the organization and management of college students?
In view of the low efficiency of College Students' organization and management, through the previous literature research and the investigation of 17 vocational and technical colleges in Shandong, this study uses structural equation model technology and entropy loss structure theory to analyze the 'influencing factor variables and evaluation analysis of College Students' organization and management efficiency', 'influencing factors of students' organization and management efficiency' This paper puts forward three research questions of 'what countermeasures and ways should be taken to improve the organizational management efficiency of college students', and sets the corresponding research objectives.
Then, driven by the construction of theoretical platform and empirical research, through the questionnaire survey of 17 vocational and technical colleges in Shandong, this paper summarizes three factors and variables affecting the organizational management efficiency of college students, namely, basic management activities, environmental impact activities and value promotion activities. It also establishes the factor model affecting the efficiency of College Students' organization and management, and summarizes the evaluation index system of College Students' organization and management efficiency. According to the evaluation index system, this paper makes an in-depth analysis on the process and result management efficiency of 17 university student unions, and verifies the factors affecting the management efficiency. Finally, it puts forward countermeasures from the two aspects of 'student organization and student leadership' and 'universities and government departments', and puts forward suggestions on how to optimize the organization and management of college students. Thus, the proposed research problems are solved.

대학에서 학생 조직의 관리에 대한 연구는 학생 관리의 중요한 부분이며, 특히 학생 조직의 관리 효과성은 점차 대학생의 교육 품질을 반영하는 핵심 평가 요인이 되었다. 따라서 학자들은 대학생 조직의 관리에 대한 기본 이론적이고 실용적인 연구를 수행했으며, 주로 조직 구조의 특성, 효과성 평가 프레임 워크, 관리 사례 조사, 학생 리더의 인적 관리 등 결과 및 경험적 사례 연구에 중점을 두었다. 그러나 아직 학생 조직의 관리 효과성에 대한 과학적이고 포괄적인 평가 시스템은 구성되지 않았다. 21세기 이후 비영리 단체 거버넌스의 이론적 평가 시스템에서 점차 등장한 경영 소산 구조 이론 도구는 표시할 수 없었던 프로세스 관리 효과성 상태를 탐색하기 위해 대학생 조직 내부에 적용하여 대학생 조직 관리 문제의 본질을 드러낼 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 현재의 연구 상태를 고려하여, '구조 방정식 모형' 기술을 이용하여 대학생 조직의 관리 효과성 및 그 영향요인을 연구하여 대학생 조직의 관리 효과성 평가 모형 구축 및 영향요인의 구조 및 경로에 대한 심층 분석한다.
첫째, 대학생의 조직 관리 효과성을 정의하는 기준은 무엇일까? 둘째, 대학생의 조직 관리 효과성에 대한 과학적이고 체계적이며 측정 가능한 종합 평가 지수 시스템을 설계하는 방법은 무엇일까? 셋째, 샘플 대학생 조직 관리의 결과 및 프로세스 효과성을 측정하고 분석하는 방법은 무엇일까? 넷째, 대학생의 조직 관리 효과성에 영향을 미치는 요인의 구조와 기능 경로는 무엇일까? 다섯째, 실제 업무에 직면하여 대학생의 조직 관리를 위한 최적화된 방법을 확립하는 방법은 무엇일까?
본 연구는 대학교의 학생조직관리 효율이 높지 못한 상황에 대하여 전단계의 문헌연구와 17개 산동지역 직업기술대학의 조사연구를 통하여 구조 방정식 모형 기술과 손실 구조 이론을 운용하여 '대학생 조직관리 효과성의 영향요인 변수와 평가 분석','학생 조직관리 효과성의 영향요인','대학생 조직관리 효과성 제고에 있어서 어떤 대책과 방식을 취해야 하는가'라는 세 가지 연구 문제를 제시하고 상응한 연구목표를 설정하였다.
그 후, 이론 플랫폼의 구축과 실증 연구의 추진으로 17개 산동지역 직업기술대학의 설문 조사를 통해 대학생 조직 관리의 효과성에 영향을 주는 3대 요인 변수, 즉 관리 기본활동, 환경영향 활동, 가치 향상 활동을 정리하였다. 그리고 대학생 조직의 관리 효과성에 영향을 미치는 요인 모형을 구축하고 대학생 조직의 관리 효과성의 평가 지표 체계를 귀납하였다. 평가 지표 체계에 따라 17개 대학의 학생회 과정적과 결과적 관리 효과성을 깊이 있게 분석하고 관리 효과성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 검증했다. 마지막으로 '학생 조직 학생 지도자'와'대학교와 정부 부서'두 가지 측면에서 대책을 제시하고 대학교 학생 조직 관리의 최적화 방식을 제안했다. 그리하여 제기된 연구 문제를 해결하였다.
