The purpose of this study is to review the upper plan related, to analyze the environment, and to provide the basic materials of Oksan area for the development plan of Kunsan.
The major contents of the study are consisted of land use plan and traffic network expansion plan. In land use plan, status and problem of land use, outlook of land demand, overall land use plan, and execution plan are studied. The land use plan including urban and rural type residential areas, housing town for elderly, tourist water park, athletic park, theme park, tourist agriculture area, flower production area is proposed. In traffic network expansion plan, status and problem of road and traffic, outlook of traffic demand, and development plan of road and traffic are studied. Road development plan and village bus network are proposed.
