This study explored the structural relationships among complex trauma experiences, resilience, adaptive cognitive-emotional regulation strategies, social support, and posttraumatic growth in adolescents, and examined the mediating roles of three protective factors. Data from 1,963 middle and high school students, including out-of-school youth in City U, were analyzed using PROCESS Macro Model 4 to conduct a parallel multiple mediation analysis. Results indicated that complex trauma experiences were negatively associated with resilience, cognitive- emotional regulation, and social support, while all three factors were positively related to posttraumatic growth. Although complex trauma showed no significant simple correlation or total effect on posttraumatic growth, significant indirect effects emerged through all three mediators. Notably, the indirect effect of social support was relatively larger, but this reflects differences in effect sizes within the regression-based mediation model rather than causal influence. This study provides an exploratory examination of the psychological and social factors associated with posttraumatic growth in adolescents with complex trauma experiences.
