올바른 띄어쓰기 方案 - 「한글 띄어쓰기 사전」 편찬의 변 = The right spacing plan

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Language, the speech is the greatest common measure of human communication.
It is the key how we choose a proper expression that will help human beings communicate each other well.
The careless use of language may harm all the people on earth while the felicitous use of language let people have a tonic in their lives.
The actual state of the Korean language is that it is being misused, abused and contaminated with some indiscreet words from foreign languages.
Vulgar expressions that have a bad effect on out language society are overflowing and that can be source of pollution of communication.
To purify our language, we need to have a strong will to keep our language unique and a spirit of love in it.
All the public who use our language must have an effort to improve understanding of the spacing and spelling rule in our language.
And must follow the spacing rule to communicate precisely.
And this spacing rule indicates that each word must have space between, and uses must depend on regulation of <The rules of Korean spelling> (1988.1.19)And must be based in absolute necessity as being connected directly with word or justice and take form of words spacing words because is influenced to word division method.
Most of all, spacing should be used correctly because of both visual and meaning matter.
For that reason, all particles attache to the word before that.
As bound noun, incomplete noun and bound noun with unit must write leaving space with numerals and pre-noun.
Proper noun and technical terms except person's name should write leaving space between the units, it is fundamental rule for inflected word to leave space but keep in mind that can use attached that must have language culture of wisdom as using thoroughness in our language use being seen in word.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

언어, 말은 우리 인간들의 의사 소통의 최대 공약수다.
이 말의 쓰임에 따라서 인간들이 나누는 의사가 제대로 소통되느냐의 문제다.
잘못된 언어는 우리 인간 모두의 삶에 공해로 작용하나, 많은 사람들에게 유익이 되는 말은 우리의 삶에 활력소로 작용한다.
지금 우리의 언어 실상은 천민 의식이 짙은 서구어가 물밀어 오면서 우리말이 지금 오염되고, 오용되고, 천민화되고 있다.
품위 없는 말들이 우리 언어 사회에 범람하고 있다. 그리하여 의사 소통에 오염원으로 작용하고 있다.
이러한 말들을 순화하기 위해서는 무엇보다 우리말을 사랑하려는 정신과 의지가 따르지 않으면 안 된다.
모든 언중은 바른 우리말 사용의 의지를 지니고 맞춤법 하나에서부터 띄어쓰기에 이르기까지 언어 전반에 대한 이해도를 높여 국민 의식화해야 한다.
그리고 철저한 띄어쓰기를 해야 한다. 정확한 의미 전달을 위해서 말이다.
그리고 이 띄어쓰기는 문장의 각 단어는 띄어 씀을 원칙으로 한다 라고 문교부가 고시한 <한국 맞춤법> (1988.1.19)의 규정에 의해야 한다.
그리고 단어나 정의와 직결되어서 단어 구분법에 좌우되고 있으므로 어형식 띄어쓰기를 취하면서 절대적 필요론에 근거해야 한다.
무엇보다도 시각적 측면과 의미적인 측면에서 띄어쓰기는 바르게 표현되어야 한다.
그런 점에서 모든 조사는 앞말에 붙여 쓴다.
그리고 의존 명사, 즉 의존적인 명사나 단위성을 지닌 의존 명사도 수 관형사와 띄어 쓴다.
인명을 제외한 고유 명사와 전문 용어는 단어별로 띄어 쓰되 단위 별로 띄어 쓰고, 보조 용언도 띄어 씀을 원칙으로 하되 붙여 쓸 수 있다는 점에 유의해서 우리말 사용에 철저를 기하는 지혜의 어문 생활이라야 한다.
