장애청소년 진로성숙도검사 개정을 위한 델파이 연구 = A Delphi Study to Revise Career Maturity Measurement Tool for Youth with Disabilities

The purpose of this study is to derive and validate preliminary item to revise a career maturity measurement tool for youth with disabilities. To this end, career maturity-related literature and 22 tools were analyzed and based on opinions collected through focus group interviews, 3 domain, 10 sub-domain , 103 items were developed. Delphi survey was conducted in two rounds with 21 expertise who have experience and knowledge of career and vocational education and tools for students with developmental disabilities. The importance, suitability, convergence, consensus, CVR, and qualitative opinions of each item were reviewed to confirm the validity of career maturity measurement tool for adolescents with disabilities.. Based on these results, the career maturity measurement tool for adolescents with disabilities was proposed in three domain, nine sub-domain, and a total of 70 items. This study is meaningful in providing information for career and vocational education of students with developmental disabilities by developing a career maturity tool for high school students with developmental disabilities as well as post-secondary students with developmental disabilities.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 발달장애청소년의 진로탐색에 필요한 능력, 태도, 행동을 평가하는 진로성숙도검사 도구를 개정하기 위한 기초 연구로 진로성숙도검사 예비 문항을 도출하고 타당화하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 진로성숙 관련 문헌 및 검사도구 27종을 분석하고 초점집단인터뷰조사를 통해 수렴된 의견을 바탕으로 3개 대영역, 10개 하위영역, 103개의 문항을 개발하였으며 발달장애학생 진로 및 직업교육, 검사도구 개발에 대한 전문성을 가진 특수교사 및 교수, 장애인고용공단 평가사 등 21명을 대상으로 2차에 걸쳐 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 장애청소년 진로성숙도 검사도구의 대영역, 하위영역, 각 문항의 타당성을 확인하기 위하여 문항별 중요도, 적합도, 수렴도, 합의도, CVR, 질적 의견 등을 검토하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 문항을 삭제, 수정, 통합, 이동하였으며 최종적으로 장애청소년 진로성숙도검사 도구는 진로능력, 진로태도, 진로행동이라는 3개 대영역 및 9개 하위영역, 총 70문항으로 제안되었다. 본 연구는 발달장애 고등학생뿐만 아니라 전공과와 대학에 재학 중인 발달장애청소년을 대상으로 한 진로성숙도검사 도구를 개발함으로써 향후 발달장애학생의 진로 및 직업교육을 위한 기초 자료와 정보를 제공하는 데 의의가 있다.
