지속가능성을 고려한 고령자 중심 공동체의 쟁점과 시사점

Many efforts are being conducted by our society to prepare for an aging era of the population and continuous investments of social capital are being made such as capital and manpower. Observations were made of these efforts focusing on temporal aspects of the concepts of spatial politics. Confirmations were made of limitations of problem awareness and solution plans regarding aging, which has been focused upon by our society, and this study analyzed community problems of an aging population focusing upon local societies as an alternative to these. For this, field surveys and resident interviews were conducted in the Yeongju community, the Jeongseon Ant Village, and Yangyang Jangseung 2-ri where current community vitalization is focused on the elderly, properties were surveyed·analyzed, and community vitalization aspects appearing diversely according to the roles of town members and town leaders along with public roles were confirmed. Also, the continuous effort levels of residents were confirmed as influential factors in the creation and vitalization of (business) backgrounds and sustainable elderly communities.
