The purpose of this paper is to explore the systemic strategies of teacher training and student education for the successful implementation of educational informatization in schools. The topics discussed include an overview and characteristics of Classroom Informatization specialized form of educational informatization by the school district of KwangJu; school based practical tasks to implement educational technology and information technology; the contents and delivery systems or channels for teacher training and student education. This paper suggests three domains of knowledge, skills, and attitude as a framework for the selection of training contents and three types of delivery systems(traditional group training, distance training, cyber training) for the training.
Educational informatization needs the wholistic and simultaneous change in every related sectors in our society like educational or training organizations, administrative, technical and economical support from government, schools and corporate organizations. Of all, the teacher development is the most important task because they must play the major role in implementing educational informatization to schools and in integrating into curriculum.
