평생학습시대 고등교육의 개혁방향 탐색 = The Study of the Reform of Highter Education in Lifelong Learning Society

국문 초록 (Abstract)

중세에 형성된 대학은 지금까지 사회와 상호작용하면서 끊임없이 변모해 왔다. 그렇기는 하지만 1990년대에 들어와 대학은 그 어느 때보다 근본적인 변혁을 요구 받고 있다. 그 방향의 세부적 인 내용은 각 기관이 속한 국가나 상황에 따라 다를 수 있지만. 큰 줄기에서는 공통성도 찾아볼 수 있다. 그 중에서 이 글은 평생 학습시대에 초점을 맞추어 평생교육의 관점에서의 고등교육의 재구성, 전통교육과 원격교육을 결합한 새로운 교육양식의 모색, 고등교육의 자율성과 공공성의 조화라는 세 가지 방향을 논의하였다. 그리고 방송대학의 사례를 통해 세 가지 개혁 방향의 의미를 구체화하였다,

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The University that had established in the middle age in Europe has been changed itself continuously interacting with society. But the university has been pressed to change more radical than ever before since 1990, Although the way and aims that each university has attempt to acquire varied according to the social condition of the university, yet there are common themes. In the perspective of lifelong learning society, I chose the three themes between them and argued for the each theme more concretely, The themes were argued in this article are! reconstructing the system of university in perspective of lifelong education, searching the new mode of education that integrate conventional education with distance education in the university, harmonizing the autonomous control with the public interest of university.
