한국교회 선교동원 전략에 관한 연구 : 미국 선교자원자운동의 역사를 통해

Since 1988 Mission Korea has mobilized student and young adult mission power. But a few problems outbreaked.
Losing mobilized student volunteer in mission
Absence of holding structure in Korean Church
Absence of the designed policy in Korean denominations.
My Survey's aim is approaching the strategies and principles to mobilize the Korean Church Mission power in the 21st century.
In chapter2, I will present the Student Volunteer Movement' as a model of missionary mobilization and training. The sphere of this essay is the Student Volunteer Movement for Foreign Mission' and its origin. This thesis will research the origin, beginning, growth, decline and the end of the movement in the view of strategies and principles. The major strateiges of this movement are spiritual awakening, unionization, organizing movement. And major principles are spiritual awakening, missionary, awakening, organizing and Leadership centered.
And then I will indigenize these principles in Korean Church.
The spiritual awakening principle must be apply to prayer movement, training the Bible study and devotion.
The missionary awakening principle must be apply to seek the Lord's plan in the Bible, and experience world's social and spiritual needs.
The organizing principle must be apply to organize structures, union movement and education program.
The leadership principle must be apply to concentrate prime Leadership to mission works, develope young adult group and equiping them mission leader in Korean Church.
In this way, korean Church's mission power will be exploding for world evangelization and the God's kingdom.
