This study aims at revealing the meaning, character, and the educational function of hypermedia and at discussing changes in and problems of curriculum through using them. Major changes and, problems arise in the establishment of instructional objective, the organization of curriculum, teaching, and educational testing, and they provide us with a new educational environment. Changes in curriculum ate as follows:
1. Instructional objective is not requited to be established by the teacher.
2. Both the teacher and the learner participate in constructing educational content
3. The educational content is constructed not only by texts but also by graphic, sound, animation.
4. The educational content is constructed nonlinearly and nonsystematically.
5. Learners-oriented education is required.
6. Objective educational testing is difficult because there is no instructional objective established.
These changes cause problems for most teachers and students in adjusting to a new educational environment.
