    We should not forget the importance of the case law. The insurance law cases handle mainly with the duty of disclosure and motor insurance. We can see such a trend that korean judges deviate for the concrete justice from the insurance law principles. This is not right. Almost all the problems in insurance contracts are due to problematic insurance standard terms. Therefore we should try to solve these problems. Consumer should be more active. Government authorities should work for the benifit of insurance consumer. Courts should show a persistent line in making of decision.
