The findings of this study pointed up three major factors,
1. Incidence of pregnancy complication was high in primipara.
2. Pregnancy or labor complication associated with prior pregnancy complication was, significant. (P<0.025)
3. A high incidence of low gestational age, low birth weight, still birth, perinatal death, placenta infarction, fetal anomaly associated with pregnancy complication and a high incidence of over gestational age, small-for-dates term infant, low Apgar score, asphyxia, breech delivery, cesarean section associated with labor complication.
Pregnancy or labor complication associated with low gestational age, over gestational age, low birth weight, small-for-dates term infant, low Apgar score, asphyxia was significant.
