This study aims at suggesting factors to be considered when increasing results of service training exercised by medical institutions. For this, we analyzed property of training and personal properties of hospital staff which affects that of training, and the relation between property of training and the effects of training. With property of training, Factor analysis was used by the quality and the environment of training and participation of trainees, and the effects of training were divided into satisfaction of training and service results.
Personal properties used in analysis were work place, department, position, terms of service, sex, age, and educational background.
As the results from empirical analysis, we could find followings: First, in evaluation of effects of Training, It tends to be more affected by the position and age of hospital staff.
Second, in evaluation of attributes of training, it tends to be more affected by position, sex and age of hospital staff.
Third, it appeared that the quality and the environment of training and participation of trainees positively affects service results, among those 3 attributes, the quality of training was the most influential factor. After controlling variance in properties of hospital staff, we could derive similar relation.
