안전의식 수준이 의사 표현과 안전행동에 미치는 영향 : 택배 물류센터 근로자를 중심으로 = The Effect of the Level of Safety Awareness on Expression of Opinion and Safety Behavior : Focusing on Workers in the Delivery Logistics Center

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 구체적인 방법은 물류센터 현장의 위험에 노출되어 있는 현장직 근로자들의 의사표현과 안전행동이 어떻게 이루어지고 있는지를 면담 중심의 질적 접근을 통하여 밝히고 자 한다. 첫째, 직원 간 대립적인 마음가짐을 버려야 할 것이다. 직원 간 위치에 대하여 자신부터 파악 한 후 인지하고 개인 간의 사회, 문화, 공간적인 배려가 요구된다. 둘째, 의사표현은 이들만의 행동이 아니다. 일반적으로 학생, 성인 구분이 필요 없을 만큼 우리는 도보 중이나 교통수단을 이용한 이동 중 또는 편안한 모임 장소에서 많이 듣고 사용되어지는 모임 구성원들의 자연스러운 의사표현을 경험하기도 한다. 마지막으로 안전 행동은 모든 구역이 요구하는 신체적 표현의 장끼가 아니다. 누구의 잘못된 의사표현이 먼저였기 때문에 위험이 산적해 있는 현장에서 고위험군의 현장이 되었다는 해명 같은 변명이 나와서는 안 된다. 이 연구를 통하여 고위험군인 산업 현장직의 안전의식 수준 고취와 긍정적 의사표현 그리고 건강한 안전행동의 필요성을 위한 기초 자료로 활용되기 위하여 소통이 요구되는 후속 연구 및 논의가 지속되어야 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The specific method of this study aims to reveal through a qualitative approach centered on interviews how the intentions and safety behaviors of workers in the field who are exposed to risk at the distribution center site are being carried out. First, the confrontational attitude between employees should be abandoned. After grasping the location of employees, they need to be aware of them and consider social, cultural, and spatial considerations between individuals. Second, expression of opinion is not their own behavior. In general, there is no need for a distinction between students and adults, so we experience the natural expressions of members of the group that are often heard and used while on foot, on the move by means of transportation, or at a comfortable meeting place. Finally, safe behavior is not a tool for physical expression that all areas require. Because someone s wrong expression was first, there should be no excuses such as clarification that it became the field of high-risk soldiers in the field where there is a lot of danger.Through this study, follow-up studies and discussions that require communication should be continued in order to raise the level of safety awareness of high-risk industrial workers, express positive opinions, and use them as basic data for the necessity of healthy safety actions.
