The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of aquatic training during 6 month on exercise information processing ability (SRT, SMT, ART) and neurotransmitter (dopamine, serotonin acetylcholine receptor antibody) concentration in Parkinson’s disease. The subjects were 7 male and 4 female of Parkinson’s patients who were participating in the aquatic training program at rehabilitation center. Subjects reported to the laboratory on a morning following an overnight fast. Blood samples were taken from antecubital vein in rest. All data were analyzed by ANOVA with repeated measures of SPSS. The results were as follows The changes of SRT, SMI, ART, blood dopamine, and serotonin concentration on the effects of aquatic training were significantly difference between before and after training. In conclusion, the role of aqua社c training program for Parkinson’s patients has been shown to have benefits including improvements in exercise information processing ability and neurotransmitter concentration This results suggested that effects of long-term aquatic training has associated with improve simple reaction capacity as well as effect of the Parkinson's disease. More effective and various aquatic training programs should be develop in the near future to be helpful to the Parkinson’s patients.
