특수학교 재량활동을 위한 민속놀이 프로그램 개발연구 = A Study on Developing Korean Traditional Game programs for Optional Activities in Special Schools

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 특수학교 교육과정 재량활동 내용의 하위영역인 범교과 학습의 여가기술지도 내용의 일환으로 민속놀이를 체계화하여 특수학교 학생들에게 좀더 쉽게 단계별로 민속놀이를 지도함으로써 건전한 인성발달을 도모하고, 다양한 교육경험을 제공할 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 하였다.
이에 본 연구는 민속놀이 중, 음력정월놀이로 남녀노소의 구별없이 모든 민중들이 함께 실내나 실외에서 보편적으로 즐길 수 있는 윷놀이를 택하여, 특수학교 학생 수준에 따라 지도될 수 있도록 지도목표를 설정하고, 활동내용으로 단계별 프로그램을 개발하였으며, 이에 따른 지도상의 유의사항, 활동평가, 응용놀이 방법 등을 제시하였다. 따라서 윷놀이의 어려운 규칙을 개개인의 능력에 따라 단계별로 익히도록 제작된 본 프로그램을 재량활동 개별화지도 프로그램과 지도서로 활용함으로써 교육과정 운영에 내실을 기할 수 있도록 하였다.
그러나 본 연구는 윷놀이 프로그램에 한정되어 있으므로, 본 연구에 기초한 민속놀이 후속 연구를 진행하여 특수학교의 재량활동을 위한 단계별 교수방법의 구안과 다양한 지도 방법 개발 및 개선 등을 위한 방안들이 제시되어야 할 것이다.

By systemizing Korean traditional games as a part of lessons on leisure activities in common curriculum which is a subordinate domain of optional activities in special schools, this study is aimed to nurture robust development of student personalities as well as to provide various educational experiences to students in special schools through easy lessons on Korean traditional games by stages.
This study selected a game of yut as the subject for the study because a game of yut is one of the most common Korean traditional games that people play during New Years holiday regardless of age, gender or place. Accordingly, this study set lesson objective so that it could be taught to different levels of students in special schools, developed activity programs by stages. Furthermore, it suggests cautionary points for teachers, assessment methods, methods for applied games when teaching students in special schools. Therefore, this study enables to enhance curriculums by distributing lessons plans and individualized programs for optional activities of the program suggested in this study, designed to teach difficult rules of a game of yut to students in stages according to their learning abilities in schools.
However, this study is very limited in terms of its subject. Therefore, further study on Korean traditional games should be carried out based on this study. Moreover, measures to improve and to develop various teaching methods as well as ways to develop teaching methods for optional activities in special schools should be suggested through further studyes regarding this topic.
