영아교사의 경력, 회복탄력성, 교사효능감 및 교사민감성 간의 구조적 관계 = The structural relations among years in field, teacher resilience, teacher efficacy and teacher sensitivity of infant teachers

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 영아교사의 경력, 회복탄력성, 교사효능감 및 민감성 간의 구조적 관계를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 경기도에 위치한 어린이집에 근무하는 영아교사 105명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며 자료 분석은 구조방정식모형을 사용하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 영아교사의 경력은 교사효능감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 회복탄력성이 교사효능감과 교사민감성 모두에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 교사효능감도 교사민감성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 경력과 회복탄력성이 교사민감성에 영향을 미치는데 있어 교사효능감의 간접효과를 검증한 결과, 교사효능감의 간접효과가 입증되었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 영아교사의 민감성 증진을 위한 방안을 제시하고 후속연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among years in field, teacher resilience, teacher efficacy, teacher sensitivity of infant teachers. One hundred and five infant teachers completed self-administered questionnaires. The years in child care field had a significant effect on teacher efficacy. The teacher resilience had significant effects on both teacher efficacy and teacher sensitivity of infant teachers. Also, teacher efficacy had a significant effect on teacher sensitivity. Finally, teacher efficacy was found to have a mediating effect between teaching years in field and teacher sensitivity and between teacher resilience and teacher sensitivity in infant teachers. Some implications of these findings for infant teachers’ teacher sensitivity and future research are discussed.
