The problems of this study are as follows. 1) What are the charateristics of demo-socio factors in Gail Andong, Korea? 2) How is the model of the elder s life satisfaction in Gil Andong, Korea? 3) What are the social welfare
politic and theoretical implications of the this model? The results of analyses of Gail are as follows. In the demo-socio factors the number of Andong Kwon is 24.4%, and that represents the same family name village in Korean rural communities. Gail has income promotion problems, population decrease problems. The degree of life satisfaction and social problem satisfaction is high. The regression results of the factors and life satisfaction are as follows. The factors affecting the life satisfaction are Mubyung-Jangsu factor (which means no illness and long living), pschological-socio problems, so social welfare agency concerned must enhance the degree of life satisfaction in Gail through the medical services and affiliation services. Also, these results have theoretical implications. Considering Mubyung-Jangsu factor and pschological-socio problems factors the elderly s life satisfaction in Gail can be explained by resource theory.
