e-무역상사 사업의 성과와 효율 극대화를 위한 개선방안에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

지난 2003년 3월 16일 무역 알선업체인 ecplaza, ec21, Tpageglobal을 e-무역상사로 선정하여 이들 수행기관들로 하여금 온라인을 통한 무역 업무의 대행 및 중소기업 수출지원 사업을 시작한 이래 시행 2년 만에 중소수출기업의 지원 사업으로 시작된 e-무역상사 사업 수혜기업들의 수출실적이 30% 이상 증가하는 등 그 효과가 크게 나타나고 있다. e-무역상사 사업의 수혜대상 중소기업들은 e-무역상사 지정업체로부터 전자무역에 대한 사전교육을 받는 것을 시작으로 무역 전반에 걸친 토털 서비스를 제공 받고, 이러한 일련의 과정을 거치고 나면 수혜 대상 업체들은 전자무역에 익숙한 전자무역기업으로 거듭나게 될 것으로 사료된다. 따라서 본 연구는 우선 지난 2년간의 e-trade 기업화 사업(이를 ‘e-무역상사 사업’이라 하며, 이하 e-무역상사라 한다)에 대한 성과를 평가해 보고, 실질적인 성과를 가시적으로 나타내고 있는 중소수출기업의 성공사례를 조사하여 e-무역상사 사업의 효율성 제고 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. e-무역상사 사업의 효율성 제고를 위해서는 수혜기간 확대와 탄력적 운용, 수혜기간 연계 후 방안 모색, 활발한 교류활동, 새로운 e-무역상사 확대 지정, 전문 인력 양성화 방안 등을 제시하였다. e-무역상사 사업은 수출을 희망하는 중소기업에게 수출에 대한 의지를 고취시킴으로써 전자무역의 활성화는 물론 국가 경제 발전에 중요한 몫을 담당하고 있다. 본 연구에서 제시한 효율성 제고 방안은 우리나라 전자무역의 정책 결정 및 방향 설정에 미력하나마 시사점을 제시해 줄 수 있을 것이다.

Launched in the end of march, 2003, e-Trade Service Provider is an online B2B marketplace that brings together buyers and sellers from around the globe. In this study, I offered research of e-Trading Company System that is the supporting system of domestic small & medium sized Company and could observe that is trying to propel the e-Trade according as general trading companies have e-Trade era and existent role is shrunk in advance research. And this study investigates the present status and development of e-MP which is the most actively used in the e-trade stages market research, searching for business partners, negotiations to contract. It also shows the present status and development of e-MP as an e-trading company designated by government, which gives prospect of profitable model of e-MP. This study investigates the improvement and performance in e-trading companies program, I hope that the findings of this study will be a helpful material to government fot making policy.
