응용생태공학에서 생태계서비스의 개념틀과 평가체제의 도입과 활용 = Introduction and Application of Conceptual Framework and Assessment of Ecosystem Services in Applied Ecological Engineering

Ecosystem services are contributing to human welfare by enabling us to maintain our survival and quality of life.
A metod of quantifying ecological functions is needed. We discussed the introduction and applications of ecosystem services to applied ecological engineering. The concept and assessment system of ecosystem services were applied to the economic valuation of river, the construction of blue-green-white network in urban area, ecological restoration, and integrated water management in Korea. The conceptual framework and assessment of ecosystem services can be used to promote value of ecological protection and restoration, helping stakeholders understand the benefits of ecosystems and increasing applications of the applied ecological engineering.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

생태계는 우리의 생존과 삶의 질을 유지할 수 있게 하여 인간 복지에 직, 간접적으로 기여하고 있다. 그래서 생태적 기능의계량화 방법이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 응용생태공학에 생태계서비스를 도입하고 적용하는 것에 대하여 논의하였다. 하천의 경제적가치, 도시 블루-그린-화이트 네트워크 구축, 생태복원 및 통합 물관리에 생태계서비스 개념 및 평가체계를 적용할 수 있는 방안을모색하였다. 생태계서비스 개념 틀과 평가는 이해해당사자의 생태계 혜택 이해에 도움을 주고 응용생태공학 적용을 증가시켜 생태적보호와 복원 가치의 증진에 이용될 수 있다.
