유도지도자의 리더십 유형이 선수들의 성취목표 지향성에 미치는 영향 = (A) study on effects of leadership styles of judo instructors on athletes' pursuit of goals

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 유도지도자의 리더십유형이 선수들의 성취목표 지향성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 실증적으로 규명하기 위한 것이다.
본 연구의 대상은 2007년 대한체육회 가맹 대한유도회의 팀 및 선수등록이 되어 있는 고등학교 유도선수 남자 14팀의 260명, 여자 8팀의 116명 등 총 376명을 대상으로 조사 하였다.
자료처리를 위하여 본 연구에서 사용한 통계기법은 t­test, 일원변량분석 및 사후검증, 상관분석과 다중회귀분석 등의 통계분석을 이용하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.
첫째, 고등학교 유도선수들의 배경변인에 따른 리더십 유형의 차이
리더십 하위요인 훈련과 지시행동은 운동경력, 민주적 행동은 학년, 전제적 행동은 운동경력, 사회적지지 행동은 학년, 긍정적 보상은 성별과 학년에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다.
둘째, 고등학교 유도선수들의 배경변인에 따른 성취목표 지향성의 차이
성취목표 지향성의 과제지향은 학년과 운동경력, 자아지향은 성별과 학년에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다.
셋째, 지도자 리더십 유형이 선수들의 성취목표 지향성에 미치는 영향
과제지향은 훈련과 지시행동, 전제적 행동에서 상관관계를 나타냈으며, 자아지향은 훈련과 지시행동, 긍정적 보상행동, 사회적 지지행동에서 상관관계를 나타내었다.
그리고 훈련과 지시행동 그리고 전제적 행동이 과제지향에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 훈련과 지시행동, 사회적 지지행동 그리고 긍정적 보상행동이 자아지향에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

This study is to identify how leadership styles of Judo instructors affect athletes' pursuit of goals.
To meet this study, total 376 subjects were sampled from judo athletes around high school, who were listed on as athletes of Korea Judo Association in Korea Sports Council.
This study brings the following conclusions by using statistical analyses such as t-test, one-way ANOVA, Correlation Analysis, etc.
First, difference in leadership styles depending on high school judo athletes' background
Among leadership subfactors, training and directive behavior shows meaningful difference on judo experience, diplomatic behavior on grade, imperious behavior on judo experience, social supportive behavior on grade, and positive reinforcement on gender and grade.
Second, difference in pursuit of goals depending on high school judo athletes' background
Pursuit of assignment shows meaningful difference on grade and judo experience and self-pursuit on gender and grade.
Third, effects of leadership styles of judo instructors on athletes' pursuit of goals
Pursuit of assignment shows correlative relation in training, directive behavior and imperious behavior, and self-pursuit in training, directive behavior, positive reinforcement and social supportive behavior.
And training, directive behavior and imperious behavior affect athletes' pursuit of assignment, also, training and directive behavior, social supportive behavior and positive reinforcement affects self-pursuit.
