A new sequential estimation method is proposed which exploits only the signal subspace components of steering vectors. When the sources are uncorrelated with each other its asymptotic root mean square error (RMSE) performance is theoretically better than that of the previous method which considers both the signal subspace and noise subspace components of steering vectors.
