주체적인 몸 살아있는 춤 -몸학(Somatics)에 기반한 안무방식에 관한 탐구 = The Spontaneous Soma and Lived Dance -A Study of Choreography Based on Somatics

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research involves diagnosing the current state of soma and Somatics. The background theory for this research has its basis on Somatics by Thomas Hanna (1928-1990). The deconstruction distinguishes between body and mind, production and theory, and life and dance. A dichotomised process of thinking which distinguishes between body and mind as well as theory and practice is not helpful when understanding the reality of body and dance, nor when trying to understand this research. Therefore this article deviates from the rigid, patronizing type of article, towards amore honest, tranquil type of article that has been written as if writing a diary or a set of notes. The choreographic research trends in my dance works have been considered as one of the most significant cultural development since recent times. The dance works should emphasise the importance of research as well as practice, and develop a system to create more choreographers. For the new `Harmony methode`, a dichotomised chain of thought is important. The new prospect of soma and dance can be embodied by accepting and enjoying difference, to consider others above themselves, to let others go ahead instead of trying to beat them and to be kind to others and be critical of ourselves.
