도시재생지역의 토지관리 모델 = 청주시 중앙로 차 없는 거리 조성사업구역을 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

도시재생은 지속적인 도시의 기능을 유지하기 위하여 도심지역 뿐만 아니라 기타 지역에서도 시행하는 사업이라 볼 수 있으나 이에 따라 변화된 토지에 대한 관리는 다양한 쟁점을 보이고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 도시재생사업 사례지역의 토지관리 현황 및 한계를 조사·검토하여 바람직한 도시재생지역의 토지 관리 모델을 설계하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 연구범위는 도시재생사업 사례지역의 토지 관리로 한정하고, 조사방법은 문헌조사 및 현장조사를 통하여 1차 및 2차 자료를 수집하였으며, 접근방법은 서술적 접근방법과 체제적 접근방법을 병용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같은 관점 및 내용에서 도출하고자 하였다. 첫째, 도시재생과 토지 관리는 도시재생의 의의, 양자의 관계, 선행연구 및 접근 틀 차원에서 검토하였다. 둘째, 접근 틀의 적용 및 한계는 도시재생사업의 현황, 토지 관리의 실제 및 쟁점 차원에서 이루어졌다. 셋째, 바람직한 토지 관리는 전제조건, 토지관리 모델 설계 차원에서 검토하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Urban regeneration is performed to maintain sustainable urban functions in urban area as well as other area, which causes the fact that the changed land management shows a variety of issues. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to establish desirable land management model after reviewing the present conditions and limits of land management in the case region of urban regeneration project. To achieve the research objective, the research range was limited to land management in the case region of urban regeneration project. Survey was carried on through collecting the first and secondary research data by both research on the actual condition and literature review, and descriptive and systematic approaches were applied concurrently. Conclusion of the study is as follow: First, urban regeneration and land management was reviewed in terms of meaning of urban regeneration, relation between urban regeneration and land management, advanced research, and framework. Second, application of the framework and limits were conducted as not only the present condition of urban regeneration projects but also reality and issue of land management. Third, desirable land management was referred based on premises and establishment of land management model.
