    Efficient Lost and Found services should be managed on a after service basis for costumers. Thus for efficient Lost and Found services, the following are programs for improvements:
    First, all Lost and Found items inside and outside of the hotel should be managed by housekeeping. Second, all the Lost and Found items should be delivered to costumers and should be paid for by the hotel. Third, the keeping of Lost and Found items should apply to Civil Law.
    Fourth, reference and delivery of Lost and Found items should be managed and a guidebook for Efficient Lost and Found Services should be established. Fifth, high end products such as cash, should be applied to Civil Law and the finder should be compensated when found. Sixth, education programs for efficient Lost and Found services should be developed and operated regularly.
