잇솔두부형태가 치면세균막제거에 미치는 영향과 구강보건관리 실태 조사연구 = A Study of the head shape of a toothbrush which influences on the removal of dental plaque and the real situuation of the dental health management

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 각 개인의 구강구조에 적합하며 치면세균막제거 효과가 좋은 잇솔을 선택하는데 도움을 주기 위하여 K대 여학생 141명을 대상으로 동글이 잇솔(Circle-B)을 사용하여 잇솔질전·후의 치면세균막제거 효과를 측정 하였다. 또한 동글이 잇솔에 대한 사용 느낌과 구강보건관리 실태를 설문조사하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.
1. 상악우측구치부 상악전치부 상악좌측구치부 하악좌측구치부 하악전치부 하악우측구치부 모두 동글이 있솔질후 치면세균막제거 효과에 유의한 차이를 보였다(P＜0.01).
2. 현재 잇솔질 방법은 회전법이 95%이고, 과거 잇솔질 방법은 횡마법과 종마법 병용에 51.8%, 횡마법이 27%로 나타났다.
3. 잇솔질 시간은 2분 44%, 3분이상 36.9%, 1분 17.7% 30초이상이 1.4%로 나타났다.
4. 잇솔모의 선택은 약강모가 79.4%, 중강모가 18.4%, 강강모가 2.1%로 나타났다. 또한 세치제 선정시 맛을 고려하는 자가 51.8%로 나타났다.
5. 보조구강위생용품 사용 실태조사는 치간잇솔 57.4%, 치실이 21.3%, 고무자극기 7.8%, 워터픽 사용자가 2.8%로 나타났다.
6. 동글이 잇솔사용후 잇솔질이 어렵다고 응답한자가 37.6%, 쉽다고 응답한자가 36.9%로 나타났으며, 잇솔모의 강도는 부드럽다고 대답자가 71.6%로 조사되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

We investigated, before and after toothbrushing, the efficiency of the removal of dental plaque which is taken place by the use of circle- B toothbrushes.
This study was done with the sample of 141 students at the K-college in order to help people to choose a toothbrush which is more suitable for their individual plaque.
And the results were as follows.
1. We obtained a meaningful difference in the removal of dental plaque on all the part of upper posterior righthand side, upper anterior, lower posterior left side, and lower righthand side toothbrushes.
2. This study shows the percentage of the way of toothbrushing as follows:

5. The result of the investigation which shows the real situation of the use subsidiary goods for dental sanitary is follows:
