    The object of this research is to examine an affect of process efficiency maximum with a change condition of DO by DO control on modified intermittent aeration process added automatic control system in real process of small scale public wastewater treatment plant. The target DO control by highest limit concentration and lowest limit concentration was stable in the long period. Compare non-control with control mode 1(highest limit 2.5 mg/L, lowest limit 1.0 mg/L)and control mode 2(highest limit 2.0 mg/L, lowest limit 1.0 mg/L), The 15 %(control mode 1) and 33 %(control mode 2) of electric power consumption were saved with carrying out DO concentration control in system operation.
