다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)
The purpose of this paper is to explore how we should design and operate Korean language curriculum. Categorizations of 4th curriculum which based on rhetoric, literature and linguistics of Korean, and the other curriculums which based on language arts were all based on knowledges of scholarship. They could not reflect well present and future learners` needs which curriculum should reflect. Because present language education is dominated by Korean SAT, schools don`t reflect the learners` and their parents` needs on their curriculum and make Korean language education abnormal. For developing language ability the curriculum should be operate differently by school grade as below; · elementary school: primary language experience · middle school: focused language experience · high school: preferred language experience
