      In this study, we analyzed the major causes of teenage deaths to compare the health level of Goseong-gun with relatively poor financial independence and medical resources, and used statistics from 2003 to 2015 by the National Health Insurance Corporation to examine the trend of high frequency diseases of the elderly population, excluding nursing hospitals, from 1st to 30th place. Direction for improvement of community health indicators and effective arbitration measures are required. In Goseong-gun, Gangwon-do, as well as in communities with a large population nationwide, it is necessary to secure sufficient budget and medical resources to establish a system to respond to them.

      In this study, we analyzed the major causes of teenage deaths to compare the health level of Goseong-gun with relatively poor financial independence and medical resources, and used statistics from 2003 to 2015 by the National Health Insurance Corporation to examine the trend of high frequency diseases of the elderly population, excluding nursing hospitals, from 1st to 30th place.
