국내 직무분석에 관한 연구논문 분석 = Review of Job Analysis Research in Korea: Focusing on Scholarly Articles Published from 2000

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 2000년 이후부터 현재까지 10여 년 간 발표된 국내 학술지의 직무분석 연구 동향을 살펴보는데 그 목적이 있다. 자료검색을 위하여 한국학술지인용색인 검색을 사용하였고, 직무분석을 포함한 제목 및 주제어(title)를 이용하여 자료를 검색하였다. 최종적으로 73편의 논문이 본 연구의 분석대상에 포함되었다. 내용분석을 통해 직무분석 방법, 직무분석 연구 결과물, 직무분석 결과 활용 제안의 세 가지 측면에서 연구결과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, DACUM과 설문조사가 직무분석을 위해 사용된 주요 방법으로 나타났다. 또한 직무분석을 위하여 2가지 방법을 혼용하여 실시한 비율이 가장 높았다. 둘째, 직무분석 결과로 제시한 산출물은 직무분석표, 직무명세서, 작업명세서의 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직무분석 결과에 대한 활용 제안은 직무개편, 선발, 교육, 평가 등 다양한 분야에서 언급되고 있으나 교육 프로그램 개발 및 개선을 제안한 연구가 상대적으로 매우 높았다. 끝으로, 이와 같은 연구결과를 기초로 몇 가지의 학문적 의의와 실천적 함의를 제안하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to explore recent research trends about job analysis by investigating scholarly articles published in Korea from 2000. Data for this study are collected through a searching engine with titles keyword regarding job analysis from Korea Citation Index. Finally, a total of 73 articles are selected and analyzed into three aspects such as job analysis methods, job analysis results and application of its results. The findings of this study are as follows. First, DACUM and questionnaire survey are the major methods used for job analysis. Moreover, combined use of two methods occurred most often. Second, results of job analysis appeared in order of job analysis sheet, job specification and work specification. Third, various suggestions to apply for job analysis results are made including job redesign, employee selection, employee training & development, evaluation and others. Among these suggestions, training program development and improvement appeared most frequently. Lastly, based upon these findings, this study discussed some practical implications and suggested some directions for the future research.
