This study aims to identify the status and problems of records management in private universities, develop a records disposition schedule through business analysis, and present application cases.
The research methods include analysis of domestic and international records management classification systems, collection of feedback from processing departments, and analysis of administrative documents from Y University. The study reviews the concept of university records, the current status of private university records, and the relevant standards and guidelines for the domestic and international records management classification system. It also analyzed surveys, interviews, and administrative documents targeting university processing departments and records management personnel. Based on these findings, a records disposition schedule was developed and applied to the electronic document system document box. Furthermore, a feedback system for the records disposition schedule was established through periodic and regular revisions.
