다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to analysis impacts of rezoning on urban land use transition.Research questions are 1) To what extent, to what direction rezoning really impacts on use and density of urban land? 2) According to characteristics of zoning lot, what difference is there in the extent of urban land use changes? Under such research questions, by types of rezoning (upzoning, downzoning, non-rezoning) the followings were examined : the pattern of land turnover, lot size change, the change of land use and density, difference of rezoning impacts due to various characteristcs of zoning lots.
Chapter is the introduction, including the purpose, methology, and scope of the study.
Chapter is devoted to the examination of motives and means of land use development in Japan.
In chapter considered to the some criterias of land use planning.
Chapter is an explanation of land acquisition methods and land use planning of the projected area.
Chapter is the conclusion of this stady which proprses some desirable ideas and basic guidelines for the land use development policy in Tae-Gu wide city.
