우리나라 재가 노인요양서비스 네트워크에 관한 서설적 연구 = An Introductory Study on the Care Service Delivery-Network for the Old at Home

This study aims to find alternatives for establishing the care service delivery-network for the old at home. For this purposes, the concepts and categories were mentioned. And the current situations and problems of the above delivery-network were analysed.
Currently, the Korean the care service delivery-network for the old at home has serious problems in respects of the linkage and co-ordination functions. Care manager is discussed one of the alternatives to improve the linkage and co-ordination functions in the field of the care service for the old at home.
In this vein, the Korean Social Welfare Work Law revised recently emphasizes the linkage and co-ordination between social welfare and health. The law, also, regulates local governments to constitute community welfare conference organization until July 2005. The importance of care manager as central care service-deliver is very great, considering welfare service for the old at home rising rapidly.
