라틴아메리카의 남남협력과 삼각협력 현황 및 우리의 활용방안 = The South-South and Triangular Cooperation in Latin America

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Recently the countries of the Global South have been the major
players on the world stage. They're also acting as the key players
in the development cooperation affairs. From this context, the
horizontal South-South and the triangular cooperation are
complementary tools to the North-South vertical cooperation. Now
they are considered as one of the new effective mechanisms to
improve ODA effectiveness.
The paper aims to conduct an analytical study on the South-South
and triangular cooperation in Latin America and find the way to
strengthen and expand the cooperative relations through this new
mechanisms.
First, it presents the basic concept and main players involved in
the South-South and triangular cooperation focused on the changing
landscapes of the development cooperation. Second, it deals with the
synergy, benefits and the significant challenges of the South-South
and triangular cooperation to improve the ODA effectiveness.
Finally, we will take into account to promote the potential and
future progress of the South-South and triangular cooperation.
