      This Study examined the operation plan on the Tourism Portal Site. A Tourism Portal Site is a web site or other service providing an intial point of entry to the web. Portals typically offer a broad array of resource or services such as e-mall on-line shopping, discussion forums, and tools locating information. This paper applies a 3C-D-T Business web site Analysis Framework, and it is contents, community, commerce, design, technology. And it analyzes by using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) which logistics factors are and what the relative weight of these factors is. In addition, the paper presents which factors are on the rise after now. This study presents the suggestion that the operation plan on the Tourism Portal Site must concentrate on the important contents factors.
