논문 : 동아시아 물류시장 진출에 따른 종합물류업의 동태적 효율성 분석 = The Dynamic Analysis of Total Logistics Providers to East Asia Logistics Market Advance

국문 초록 (Abstract)

물류산업이 국가의 핵심 산업으로 형성되기 위해서는 종합적인 물류서비스를 제공하여야 한다. 글로벌 물류기업은 시장지배력 강화와 네트워크를 확대하여 서비스 범주를 확장하고 있다. 종합물류업은 글로벌물류기업에서 3PL의 유형이다. 우리나라는 동아시아 신 물류시장 진출과 국제경쟁력 강화를 위하여 종합물류업화 정책을 시행 하고 있다 따라서 종합물류업은 전체물류를 관리하는 통합자이다. 본 연구는 종합물류업의 효율성요인을 파악하여 안정성과 생산성을 검증하였다. 연구결과의 신뢰성을 높이기 위해 국토해양부의 2011년 최근 발표 자료를 사용하였다. 분석기간은 2005년, 2006년, 2007년, 2008년, 2009년, 2010년의 6년 동안의 자료를 분석하였다. 첫째, DEAWindow모형으로 효율성의 추세와 안정성을 분석하였다. 전체 평균효율성은 0.247로 나타냈고 있다. ㈜범한 판토스가 0.867로 가장 높고 대한송유관공사가 0.063으로 매우 낮았다. 둘째, Malmquist지수에 의한 생산성의 변화를 분석하였다. (주)선광, (주)범한 판토스, (주)동방, (주)한진, 동부익스프레스가 2005년에 비해 300%이상 기술수준이 향상되었고 (주)국제통운과 글로비스(주)가 2005년에 비해 200%이상 기술수준이 향상되었다.

Global logistics providers are expanding their service scope by strengthening market control and expanding networks. The total logistics industry is a type of global logistics corporations, and it comprehensively manages the overall logistics. In order to build the logistics industry as a core national industry, it must provide comprehensive logistics services. This study identifies the factors which indicate the efficiency of a total logistics industry and verified its stableness. To ensure credibility of the study results, the most recently published reports by the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs in 2011 was used. This study utilized 6 years of materials, from 2005-2010, for scope period for analysis. The trend in efficiency and stableness was analyzed by applying the DEA Window model. The total average efficiency was found to be 0.247. Pantos Logistics showed the highest value of 0.867, and DOPCO the lowest of 0.063. The changes in productivity according to the Malmquist factor showed that there was technological advancement of over 300% compared to the 2005 level in Sun Kwang, Pantos Logistics, Dongbang, Hanjin and Dongbu Express. Intergis and Glovis displayed a technological advancement of over 200% compared to the 2005 level.
