사출성형 기계공장의 진동해석 및 방진대책 = Vibration Analysis and the Isolation Method for the Factory of Injection Molding Machine

The vibration source for the injection molding factory is analyzed. The vibration level of slabs and beams are measured, dent by the collapse of building often happens, the safety for the made building and factories is afraid. This study analyzes the vibration level and the cause of vibration in the injection molding factory, build the plan to reduce the vibration. By measuring the vibration of beam and slab in factory, the level being presented by 3 dimensional graph and contours, the dangerous part and cause is predicted. The frequency analysis and 1/3 octave method is used for analyzing vibration point and insulation effect. and effective factor to the factory is acquired and the transmission line is studied. By these methods, the reduction plan of vibration would be built.
